GÜNEY BİRHOŞ İNŞAAT management believes that all accidents are preventable and is aware that this goal will be achieved through continuous self-improvement and a zero-accident policy.
All our employees are expected to comply with occupational health and safety requirements, protect the environment, property, and assets while carrying out their activities. This expectation applies not only to GÜNEY BİRHOŞ İNŞAAT employees working on GÜNEY BİRHOŞ İNŞAAT projects, but also to employees of joint ventures, employer personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
As GÜNEY BİRHOŞ İNŞAAT, we will share this policy with all our employees and subcontractors and will conduct training to increase our employees' awareness and responsibility regarding occupational health and safety, and to ensure the correct understanding and implementation of this policy.
GÜNEY BİRHOŞ İNŞAAT's policy is to provide a safe environment for its employees, subcontractors, and visitors by taking preventive measures and eliminating potential hazards in all its projects.
GÜNEY BİRHOŞ İNŞAAT and its employees are committed to complying with and implementing all applicable legal requirements and ethical codes related to the environment, occupational safety, and health (OSH) of the country in which they operate.
Occupational health and safety is prioritized in all phases of the project, starting from engineering studies, through construction and assembly activities, and demobilization.
The foundation of achieving this goal is:
• A well-informed and motivated workforce and management committed to achieving the zero-accident target,
• Adopting the philosophy that time allocated for the safe performance of all tasks is indispensable,
• Fulfilling the need to preserve and protect the environment as it is, or to improve it,
• A workforce and management that is sensitive, aware, responsible, and proactive towards all hazards.
All employees are responsible for taking all necessary precautions within their authority in the implementation of the project OSH program. This responsibility includes eliminating all hazards or reporting potential hazards to the supervisor, actively participating in and supporting the implementation of all occupational safety measures.
